Chef's Life Services was started by Chef Peter Silvano whom in 2021 founded "Chef On the Fly" which was acquired by another company in 2023. Our vision is to help people find meaningful work and to help businesses find the talent they need to grow. Over the years, through owning our prior brand, we have perfected the services offered and have become a leading employment agency in the industry.
