Father of the "On The Fly " vision and founder of Chefs Life Apparel clothing brand.  A professional chef with over 30 years of culinary experience.  Peter now uses his skills, expertise, and connections within the industry to provide culinary professionals a work environment where they are valued and appreciated, as only a true chef could.

 With almost 30 years in the hospitality industry, and degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management, Dave is an expert in the hospitality industry.  He has spent his career working as an executive chef for restaurants, clubs, resorts and hotels.  His experience has allowed him to see the issues and staffing concerns in todays industry.  Dave specializes in staff retention and training. 

 Dawn has experience in a wide range of areas from restaurants, hospitality, manufacturing, and quality control. Dawn is responsible for the oversight of the company's organizational processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality.  This includes assisting with the recruiting/hiring process. Processing, shipping of apparel and other orders.
